How do I place an order?

Simply browse our store, add your favourite items to the cart, and proceed to checkout. We accept all major credit/debit cards and other secure payment methods.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders are sent to production quickly after being placed. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes. We cannot guarantee changes once production has started.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes! You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your order is placed. Please check your spam folder if you don't see it within a few minutes.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Standard delivery typically takes 2–4 weeks depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your parcel directly with the courier.

Do I have to pay customs or import duties?

For international orders, customs and import duties may apply depending on your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices.
